Background of HBH Ministries

HBHM Is a dedicated ministry comprised of individuals called by God and equipped with diverse skills to facilitate the healing of broken hearts, as inspired by Isaiah 61:1-4. Established on May 19, 2010, by six visionary individuals, led by Grace Muzirankoni, the co-founders include Benie Ange Iradukunda, Grace Uwamahoro, Faith Iyungu, Christine Mushimiyimana, and Sabrine Marebe. These founders, initially high school students at Fawe Girls’ School Gisozi, later expanded their team to include Jacky Mutamba and Susan Umutesi during the launch. The ministry later expanded dramatically until it reached more than a hundred members in 2018.

The genesis of HBHM traces back to a vision held by one of the founders, Grace Muzirankoni, who shared this vision with her co-founders. United in their commitment, they collectively decided to establish the ministry. Initially, HBHM operated through three principal departments: Singing Department Intercession Department Evangelism Department Additionally, the organization is structured with two key committees: Internal Committee - Comprising members who are still in secondary school. External Committee - Encompassing individuals who have completed high school. Through these distinct departments and committees, Healers of Broken Hearts Ministries endeavors to fulfill its mission of bringing solace and healing to those with broken hearts, aligning with their divine calling and commitment to service.
